Recently I talked about the importance of learning through experience. In life as it is in work.
In order for that learning to happen you must embrace the past that has happened. Your past mistakes, big or small, do not define who you are or who you want to become. They must be used as fuel to get you where you want to go. In life, in work and most importantly within yourself.
