Yesterday i wrote about time. How by being punctual we actually might be wasting and losing time.
Another way we may be wasting time is by having to-do lists. The tasks pile up. There seems to be no end to the busy in our lives. We have too much to do, all the time.
Joshua Fields Millburn, one half of The Minimalists has this concept called “To-day Lists.” He says, “these are the things I will do today.” While that might seem like a to-do list to you, what Joshua is illustrating is only doing what is essential. Only do what is the most important. I get it, at times we have meaningless things to do our our lists. Like go buy dog food or drop off an Amazon return.
By changing how we view the tasks of life ans using a different application, we can live better. With less stress and overwhelm. The shift is more on identity as James Clear talks about in Atomic Habits. Changing your identity by saying, “I will only do what is essential.” Furthermore, backing up your new identity with the right behavior. So I encourage…(continue below)

you to limit your tasks and do what is important. Don’t use to-do lists, instead focus on to-day lists. I tried this experiment for 10 days. I can report that the shift in how I view tasks of my life has changed. Moreover, I feel more in control.
