The Benefits of Repetition
You don’t lift a weight one time and become strong. You don’t walk a treadmill once and become fit. Nothing will only happen once and we get the desired results. It would be incredible if that were the case!
But the reality is it requires repetition, over time.
Building wealth inside a retirement account or another investment requires a repeated effort on your part to put money in. In addition, a repeated effort to purchase the right investments over time.
In order to not live paycheck to paycheck it would be very helpful if you spent less than you made and maintain that habit, repeatedly.
For you to get out of debt you have to stop using debt as a tool and make that choice, repeatedly. So that you can pay off your debt and have more money in your bank account.
Repetition is what leads to the win. Athletes do it. Doctors do it. Surgeons and mechanics do it. So do plumbers, chefs and even the barista making your morning coffee. They’re all there because they keep repeating the task at hand.
