There is an expression, "not all readers are leaders, but all leaders are readers."

As leaders in different ways, it is important that we read. But not read to just get the gist of it. We must linger around the reading and our study of great works.

This is what Martin Luther King Jr. did. Reading of Gandhi and operating like he did.

Today as we honor MLK, go read about him. Linger in his work. Read about his impact, what he stood for and who influenced him. That is quite a great way to honor him.
