It's All An Illusion
John F. Kennedy married Jackie in 1953. In the next two year JFK would tell his dad he wanted to divorce Jackie.
Dad told JFK, “You’re out of your mind. You’re going to be president someday. This would ruin everything. Divorce is impossible.”
JFK was more concerned with how unhappy he and Jackie were. Dad responded with, “can’t you get it into your head that it’s not important what you really are? The only important think is what people think you are!”
JFK stayed with Jackie and he would become president.
It’s all an illusion. No, not just politics. But the bull shit you say and do just to keep up with what the outside world says or think about you.
This was also the case with Princess Diana and the newly coronated King Charles III. For the cameras they seemed to be the perfect couple and have the perfect family.
Well, you too are creating false advertising. The car you drive that’s under water. The home you’re upside down on because you can’t afford the payments. The lavish vacations to countries you cannot pronounce, just to tell people you went there. Just to post pictures on social media.
It’s all an illusion.

Thought Provoking Questions : Where are you creating illusions for the outside world? Do they matter? How can you change your approach so you don’t care what others think?
Daily I write and release a daily meditation. A quick read. Sharing wisdom and asking thought-provoking questions. Influenced by the obstacles, success and failures in my life and of others. Using history, books, current events, philosophy, and ancient wisdom. These writings are actionable, thought-provoking, designed to make your life better.
These writings are not to push a way of thinking on the reader or to force you into a certain philosophy or methodology. Rather to give you practical and real ways to handle life. This is an added tool. My writing is simply a discussion, a discourse, with all the material I read, watch, hear and consume.
